Element Performance LLP is a specialist BMW workshop working on a wide and interesting range of vehicles.
We carry out a wide range of tasks from simple servicing and repairs to timing chains, engine rebuilds and complex diagnostics.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer enquiries, assisting with quoting, phone calls, working with suppliers to obtain quotes and lead times and liasing this with customers and the technicians to ensure customer deadlines are met and the workshop keeps operating smoothly.
You will also be responsible for creating customer invoices and maintaining stock levels of parts.
As a company we pride ourselves on excellent customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to enquiries, follow ups and always trying to meet customer targets and dates.
Desired Skills & Experience
Computer skills including google drive, emails, excel and spreadsheet use.
Customer service and communication
Time management
Excellent organisation skills
Familiarity with accounting software is ideal but not mandatory.
