- FULL TIME - GUARANTEE of a minimum of £26,715 per annum for an average of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime is paid extra at £20.55 per hour.

What you will do
Your day will be varied and rewarding, focusing on providing person-centered care tailored to the individual needs of each client. This includes:
- Personal care: Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Mobility support: Assisting service users to move safely around their homes.
- Medication support: Prompting and assisting clients with their prescribed medications (following training).
- Meal preparation: Preparing nutritious and appealing meals and ensuring clients are well hydrated.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Domestic tasks: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Reporting: Accurately documenting care provided and promptly reporting any concerns to the management team.
- Companionship: Engaging in conversation, hobbies, and activities to combat loneliness.
What we are looking for
- Driving: A full UK/EU Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
- Reliability and Commitment: Our clients depend on us, so punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied shift pattern, which will include mornings (06:30-14:30) or evenings (15:00-22:30), as well as alternate weekend shifts.
- Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to care for and support vulnerable adults.
- Excellent Communication: The ability to listen actively and communicate clearly and politely with clients, their families, and colleagues.
- Experience: Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential—we provide comprehensive, paid training for the right candidates.
