Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned residential or commercial property portfolios
- Coordinate tenant communication, property updates, maintenance requests, and inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor property performance, service standards, and client satisfaction
- Support tenancy documentation, compliance checks, and reporting processes
- Review maintenance schedules, budgets, and property service records
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in property management, real estate services, lettings, facilities coordination, or client services
- Previous supervisory or portfolio coordination experience is preferred
- Experience working with tenants, landlords, contractors, or property documentation is an advantage

- Property portfolio management

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: £42,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
