You will be someone who is passionate about Early Years and delivering excellent standards of childcare and education to all the families using the service.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Nursery Practitioners and ensuring all the children are cared in a happy and stimulating environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the team's performance.
- Working in partnership with parents and carers
- Supporting children in their individual routines such as meals, nappies, sleep and outings
- Experience of being a key person including writing assessments and observations
- Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
- Following and implementing all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
- Be able to capture children's learning moments and record them.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Minimum NVQ 3 childcare and education or recognised equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- A sound knowledge of child protection procedures.
- A sound knowledge of child development for children from birth to five years and understanding of the EYFS.
- Experience of working with children 0-5 years.
All successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS carried out.
