Facit Testing is looking to recruit a part time Data Entry/Admin Assistant for 7.5-15 hours per week (variable depending on workload 7.5hours minimum) at our office in Thorpe St Andrew. This is initially a six month contract but could become permanent.
Basic office experience is required, however someone with a friendly positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will also be considered. A polite telephone manner and can do attitude to assist with a busy workload is essential. You will be working alongside our small team of Admin Staff. Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy is also desired.
We carry out electrical work for a diverse market sector to include military bases, offices, hospitals and schools and you would be involved daily with assisting to manage this workload.
We are a small friendly team based in Thorpe St Andrew on the edge of Norwich so easy access with onsite parking and a bus stop just up the road if you don't drive.
Duties to include:
Assisting with data entry of reports onto an excel spreadsheet.
Creating job packs for the scheduled appointments.
Answering the phone and directing calls
Updating database with client information
Assisting with other general office duties as required
Requirements:
Must be friendly and personable.
Computer literate with good keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google docs and Share point.
Willing to learn new software and procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative under pressure
