Job Title: Weekend Shop Assistant
Location: Lilley's Cider, Frome, Somerset
Salary: Competitive rates based on experience
Hours: 8.45am-5.15pm (Saturday and Sunday)
Job Description:
We're seeking a weekend shop assistant to join our team at Lilley's Cider in Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the shop during the weekend, providing excellent customer service, restocking products, and handling cash and card transactions. There is also an opportunity to assist with light warehouse duties to. This will include warehouse stock control, packaging, and general cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Providing assistance with product selection and answering any questions customers may have
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are presented neatly
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in customer service preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
