At Procter & Gamble, we’re looking for a Senior Integrated Media Manager who will have end-to-end ownership of our Femcare portfolio, including leading brands such as Tampax, Always and Always Discreet, driving media excellence across the full consumer journey.
Overview of the role:
In this role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of media plans that maximise our brands’ reach and influence across the category, turning engagement into meaningful purchase decisions.
You will work at the heart of a multifunctional category team, combining deep media expertise with strong business acumen to maximise impact and deliver measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end media strategy and execution across all major channels, spanning the full funnel – from awareness to conversion, including retailer media

Develop high-impact media plans by optimising budget allocation, channel mix, formats, and targeting in line with brand objectives

Lead campaign execution, from ongoing activity to New Product Launches, ensuring seamless delivery and strong business results

Manage and optimise live campaigns, monitoring performance and continuously improving against key KPIs

Drive data-led decision making, conducting deep analysis to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities across planning, targeting, and buying strategies

Connect media performance to business outcomes, leveraging econometrics, test & learn approaches (A/B testing), and analytics to demonstrate clear ROI

Own the media innovation agenda, building and executing a test-and-learn roadmap across channels, audiences, and tactics
Leadership & collaboration
You will play a key leadership role within the Femcare Media team, including:

Managing and developing junior media planners/buyers, building their capabilities and coaching them on media excellence

Acting as the bridge between business and media teams, translating complex media topics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

Influencing across all levels of the organisation, communicating effectively with both cross-functional partners and senior leadership

This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Head Office Location: This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office.
