Working closely with the wider team, you’ll support a range of operational and administrative activities. From answering the telephone and managing post to supporting Health and Safety administration, printing and scanning, you’ll play an important part in helping our people do their best work.
What you’ll be doing
No two days will look exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a friendly, professional and efficient telephone and switchboard service.
- Supporting our Front of House Reception team and providing cover when needed.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, as well as coordinating courier collections and deliveries.
- Providing printing, scanning, copying and document support to colleagues.
- Helping colleagues with office equipment and resolving or reporting any issues.
- Supporting the smooth running of day to day office and operational activities.
- Keeping shared spaces organised, welcoming and ready for use.

You’ll also:
- Enjoy supporting people and delivering excellent service.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels.
- Stay organised and manage a variety of tasks and priorities.
- Work well as part of a team while feeling comfortable taking the initiative.
- Adapt to changing demands with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Pay close attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Feel confident using everyday office equipment and technology, or be keen to learn.
You’ll be an essential part of the team that keeps things moving. From being a welcoming voice on the telephone to making sure colleagues have the facilities, resources and support they need, your contribution will make a difference every day.
If you’re enthusiastic, dependable and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
We are open to considering both full and part time working patterns for this role.
