Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am 2:30pm
Pay: Starting from £12.80 per hour + paid overtime + annual bonus + regular pay reviews linked to your skills and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Production Operative, you'll work alongside an experienced team manufacturing high-quality timber buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins.
Your role will include:
- Building and assembling timber products using hand tools and production machinery.
- Operating equipment such as nail guns, saws and other woodworking tools.
- Following production plans and quality standards to ensure every product leaves the factory right first time.
- Working safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
- Handling materials and components throughout the manufacturing process.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
- Supporting your team to deliver outstanding products every day.

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly or woodworking is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided.
