We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As the lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting service hygiene standards for our customers . This is a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the appropriate accreditation certification.
Experience with Grease Extract System Cleaning would be preferred, but not essential.
Driving Licence and use of business purposes are essential for this role
Responsibilities:
- Ensure hygiene procedures are met to ensure compliance with the industry standards and regulations (BESA TR/19)
- Conduct regular inspections in conjunction with our service cleaning teams
- Train and educate staff on proper service & hygiene practices, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Carry out site surveys and produce job sheets for cleaning teams
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability at all times
- Grow Duct cleaning arm of business by securing new clients and building upon existing teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Service Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of service and hygiene protocols, practices, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
