Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Sales and Lettings Manager to lead our Agency team and oversee all property marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth operation of property transactions from initial client contact through to completions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated real estate sales professional to contribute to a reputable organisation within the commercial real estate sector. The position is salaried with a performance bonus and is suitable for individuals with a proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s client portfolio of commercial properties available for sale or to let .
- Manage the entire sales & lettings process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating sale / lease terms, preparing heads of terms and driving transactions to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, purchasers, tenants, and external agencies to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Organise property viewings, meetings, and promotional events to enhance visibility of available properties.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and property details using organisational tools.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and professional conduct at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or lettings within the residential or commercial property sector is essential.
- Administrative experience demonstrating organisational skills is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients, interested parties, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is preferred.

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
