We’re recruiting for teaching assistants in SEN schools where many students face complex emotional and mental health challenges. The work can be unpredictable, but also incredibly rewarding. You’ll be a calm, consistent adult presence, supporting students through daily routines, emotional regulation, and learning.
Full time role
Monday - Friday (08:30am-4PM)
Ideal background includes:
- Experience supporting mental health, either professionally or personally
- An understanding of trauma-informed practice or emotional dysregulation
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
Full training and mentoring will be provided.
