We are recruiting for Complex Care Assistants to provide care for a client in his own home
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Tracheostomy
- Trachy suctioning and inner tube change as required
- Medication administration
- Wet and dry ventilation
- PEG
- Diabetes
- Nebulisers
- Mechanical coughs assist
Whilst promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
- Assist/provide personal care
- To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
- Provide Nutrition and hydration support
- Support with medication needs
- Assist in domestic duties
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- To liaise with management
- To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
- To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
