Salary: FTE £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience - proof will be requested).
Contract Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Engagement Officer to support the growth of our Apprenticeship programmes. This role focuses on building relationships with employers, attracting new learners, and contributing to our ongoing expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Apprenticeships and training programmes to employers and learners
- Build and manage relationships to drive new business and increase programme uptake
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Attend events and develop new engagement and marketing channels
- Provide impartial information, advice and guidance to applicants
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic growth plans
About You
- Experience in business development, sales or learner/employer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships or training sector (desirable)
- Level 3 Information & Guidance (or willingness to achieve)
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
