B.Mundell Ltd are looking for an experienced class 1 HGV drivers to join our family company.
Tank experience is preferential with a strong work ethic to help our company maintain and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Working as a lorry driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of goods to a large variety of customers.
Recruiting in
Hillington Glasgow, The role is doing predominately doing tramping work on bulk tippers, TL Whisky Barrel Vans, Whisky Tankers & some general haulage (Flat & Curtain).
Weekend work may be expected occasionally. The driver will be given prior notice of this by their manger.
Applicants must currently hold:
- C+E Category License (Class 1)
- ADR (Dangerous Goods Class 3 Tanks)
- CPC & Digi Card
Beneficial skills for the role:
- Tanker Experience
- ADR Work
- Cask & Barrel Discharge & Loading Procedures
- Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
Some Duties May Include
- Ensuring goods are safely secured
- Keeping your vehicle in good condition
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Completing delivery paperwork

Rate of Pay
- £14.95 - First 40 Hours Per Week
- £18.40 - Overtime Paid over 40 Hours per week
- £30.00 - Overnight Subsistence (TAX FREE)
- £1600.00 -Annual Safety & Compliance Bonus (Paid out Quarterly if Bonus Criteria Met)
