Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
The preferred candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a clear ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience of building strong working relationships and a passion for supporting employees would be ideal.
You will be reporting to both the HR Director
Your roles and responsibilities will include –
- Overseeing store recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Compliance management for onboarding candidates including undertaking pre-employment checks and ensuring Right to Work documentation is obtained
- Supporting the coordination of the probationary review process. Assisting with the internal communications, ensuring documentation is completed and returned in a timely manner
- Maintaining the HR database, ensuring employee records and compliance are updated.
- Managing the offboarding process
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects
- Completing general administrative tasks for both the HR Director and Finance Director
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
