We are an expanding group (currently 4 homes) catering for 27 residents in a modern and homely setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and efficient team. We have an excellent reputation locally and we are proud of the high standards of care we provide.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES.
Your responsibilities will be
· Supporting the management with delivering quality care for the residents.
· Assess and meet the overall needs of the residents.
· Offering person-centred care in line with our care plans.
· Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications and Skills
· A current NMC registration and evidence of Continued Professional Development.
· Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
· Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
