Team Locum are a complex care agency, that offer in-home services to adults in the Birmingham & Solihull area.
We are recruiting for a relief staff member, who can work on a rota basis.
This will be to support with the following:
- Emergency shifts
- supporting new staff into their new roles
- Supporting with weeknight and alternative weekend on call- completed from home
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 month previous care experience within the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to support across Birmingham including Sutton Coldfield, Kings Norton/Edgbaston and Solihull
- Driver Essential, with access to your own car
- Reliable
You will need to feel comfortable working with all of our clients, with a mixture of domiciliary and long shifts.
Due to most of our clients being female, we are hiring only FEMALE care staff.
