Job Outline: To undertake Locksmith duties as well as ad-hoc maintenance works in line with client requirements. All duties to be performed on a punctual basis, often with little or short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Covering the South of the UK (Including London) to attend residential or commercial properties and change external/internal locks where required.
· Record property condition using in-house app, and identify security concerns or weaknesses.
· Perform utility isolation’s (Gas and Electricity) and Water system drain down’s (residential). Training can be provided.
· Perform multi-skilled duties, where required/trained.
· Undertake property inspections, where required.
· Liaise with Sales and Operational colleagues to ensure that works are completed correctly first time
Requirements:
Previous locksmith experience
Full Clean UK driving Licence
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
