We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Framework team based in Horton-Cum-Studley, Oxfordshire.
Location: Horton-Cum-Studley, Oxfordshire
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within our commercial team on an exciting Water Framework project. You'll play a key role in assisting with the commercial management during the construction phase, ensuring successful delivery while working collaboratively with the wider team.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering commercial excellence on Water Framework projects. Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring compliance with procurement strategies, including managing subcontract inquiries and tender reviews
- Managing valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts with monthly cost reports
- Providing legal and contractual advice on orders, changes, and subcontractor administration
- Driving commercial initiatives and producing margin improvement plans to maximize opportunities
- Leading and supporting junior staff, ensuring workload targets and deadlines are successfully met
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You hold a relevant academic qualification in a Construction related degree
- You hold a Full driving licence
- You have prior experience working in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure
- You have experience working with a variety of contract forms
- You have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
