The Role
Our social media isn’t where it needs to be - and we’re serious about changing that.
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic social media specialist to take ownership of our social presence and make it work.
This is a hands-on, social-first role where you’ll be responsible end-to-end: from idea generation and content creation through to publishing, performance tracking, and optimisation.
You’ll have the backing of an experienced marketing and content team, but you’ll be trusted to lead social day-to-day, bringing fresh thinking, creative energy, and a clear understanding of what drives real engagement and action.

What You’ll Do
- Own and elevate our social channels
- Take responsibility for how Warrantywise shows up across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube - bringing consistency, creativity, and focus.
- Create content that stops people scrolling
Develop engaging, platform-native content that captures attention quickly and holds it.
- Make the ordinary interesting
Turn topics like warranties, repairs, and car ownership into content that is relevant, useful, and engaging - without losing credibility.From concept to delivery: scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and iterating.Bring ideas based on what’s happening across social - applying trends intelligently, not just following them.Track and optimise performance based on meaningful metrics - engagement quality, traffic, leads, and contribution to revenue - not vanity metrics.Collaborate closely with the content and campaign team to ensure alignment with brand, messaging, and business priorities.Experiment with hooks, formats, and messaging to build a repeatable model for success.What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms
- A creative thinker and doer, someone who can generate and execute ideas consistently
- Curiosity and awareness of trends, tools, and audience behaviour
- Commercial awareness, you understand social needs to drive action, not just attention
- Confidence to take ownership and challenge the status quo
- Ability to balance engaging content with brand credibility in a trust-based category

Salary: Up to £35k + bonus depending on experience
