Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 280 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
Our Maintenance division is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team in the East of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing division, working across a varied portfolio of maintenance and reinstatement projects for a wide range of clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation works across a variety of properties and project environments.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service, building positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
- Complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work independently and as part of a wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed works and communicate progress effectively with the wider team.
- Experience working within a main contracting environment would be advantageous, with insurance reinstatement experience also desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
