Breakfast & Afterschool Club Manager / Lead
Do you love working with children and inspiring a team? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Breakfast & Afterschool Club Manager / Lead to join our friendly team!
In this rewarding role, you'll lead and support a team to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for children before and after school. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensure children are safely escorted to and from school, plan exciting and engaging activities, and work closely with senior management to maintain the highest standards of care.
What you'll do:
- Lead, motivate and support the club team.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
- Plan creative, fun and engaging activities.
- Monitor staff paperwork and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with senior management to deliver an outstanding service.
- Work split shifts, Monday to Friday, providing consistent leadership and support throughout the week.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who:
- Holds a minimum SVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant childcare field.
- Has experience working with primary-aged children in a childcare, education, or playwork setting.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for children and families.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a proactive, positive, and flexible approach to work.
