Registered Manager
We are looking for a Registered Manager to run a small domiciliary care agency in the Marlborough area. The ideal candidate would be hands on with clients and employees and able to work weekends if required. Duties to include: CQC compliance, procedures and documentation, rotas, careplans, Oncall, assessments, supervisions, appraisals, liaise with other professionals to facilitate the best care for our clients, and adhoc duties relating to the role.
Salary £33k+ pension and profit share available for the right candidate or higher salary negotiable.
