What You'll Do
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and delivery of our clients' digital marketing and lead the team that makes it happen. Here's what that looks like day-to-day:
- Strategy & Planning: Developing and owning digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, email and content for a portfolio of clients, and making sure every campaign is working towards a clear goal.
- Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring and developing a small team of marketers - setting priorities, reviewing work, and helping each person grow their skills and confidence.
- Client Relationships: Acting as the senior point of contact for your clients, building trusted relationships, presenting strategy and results, and spotting new opportunities to add value.
- Campaign Oversight: Overseeing delivery across SEO, PPC, email and content. Hands-on where it counts, but always focused on quality, ROI and the bigger picture.
- Performance & Reporting: Owning results across your accounts, and reporting clearly to both clients and leadership.
- Process & Growth: Improving how the team works and embedding AI into everyday workflows.
