We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke, high-end residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in craftsmanship, detail, and the successful coordination of luxury projects from groundworks through to handover.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of prestigious residential builds, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme control are achieved throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations on bespoke, high-value residential projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
- Ensuring works are delivered to exacting standards of quality and finish
- Maintaining programme schedules and reporting progress
- Enforcing health & safety compliance on site
- Working closely with clients, architects, and project teams
- Managing snagging, finishing stages, and final handover
About You
You will be a hands-on, detail-driven professional with a strong background in luxury residential construction.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end / bespoke residential projects
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern build methods
- Excellent eye for detail and quality finishes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and complex programmes
- SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall
- Temporary Works Supervisor Certification (Must Have)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desirable:
- Experience working directly with private clients
- Background in refurbishment and new-build luxury homes
