What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with or managing a caseload of individuals with complex mental health needs
Assessing, managing, and reducing clinical risk
Delivering evidence-based, person- centred interventions
Working autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Prioritising workload effectively within a dynamic service environment
Supporting service improvement and innovation
Helping shape and develop the Mental Health Neighbourhood Model
What We're Looking For
We're interested in nurses who bring:
Specialist mental health nursing knowledge and experience
Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and recovery-focused practice
