Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist looking for a role where your skills are genuinely valued?
At Novum Hair & Beauty, we’re looking for a talented, confident and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our established team in Tarvin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced therapist who loves what they do, takes pride in delivering beautiful results and exceptional client care, and wants to work within a professional salon where they can continue to develop and build a loyal client base.
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent all-round Beauty Therapist, with particularly strong nail skills and confidence across a range of beauty treatments.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll be confident and experienced in:
- Gel nails and strengthening systems such as BIAB
- Manicures and pedicures
- Waxing, including intimate waxing
- Lash lifts and lash treatments
- Brow shaping, tinting and lamination
- Special occasion make-up
Experience with Bio Sculpture, Elim, Beautiful Brows & Lashes, UK Lash and Perron Rigot would be a real advantage, although brand-specific training can be provided.
You’ll also have:
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or above, or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- A warm, professional and confident approach with clients
- A genuine passion for delivering a high standard of treatment
- The ability to build strong relationships and encourage client loyalty
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
