Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize glassware, utensils, and bar tools efficiently to meet service demands
- Restock bar supplies and ensure all items are properly stored and labeled according to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces, throughout each shift
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of stock levels
- Support bartenders during busy periods by preparing garnishes or basic drink components as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed promptly without disrupting service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to serve guests courteously with a friendly demeanor
