Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the clients helpdesk is running smotthly and is maintained daily. This position is a great opportunity for someone just starting into Facilities career.
The role will be based in Newbury office 4 to 5 days a week working with a team to maintain the clients sites compliant.
This position is to cover ten sites across the UK from Scotland, Ireland, Wales, IOW and London. you will not be expected to travel but you will be allowed to travel for site experience and knowledge.
The role requires a blend of administration skills, logistics management, Relationship with all sites and technical knowledge will be taught.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, Daily walks (via FaceTime) with sites manage the DES Display Screen Assessments
Responsibilities for CBRE
- Ensure the Contractors have all their paperwork in order.
- Supporting the on site team with their M&E sites E.logbooks to a minimum of 97%
- Remotely attend BSI audits and other internal Audits for your site
- Conduct a daily walk in all 10 sites via Face Time
- Ideally be able to Drive for future development.
- Work alongside the contract Support and cover when on Annual leave.
- Management of incoming jobs and allocations
- Quoting for works required
- Responsible for the planning and attendance of all PPM and reactive jobsResponsibilities for Client
- Management of incoming jobs on Client Helpdesk and allocations
- To support with DSE Equipment on site and arrange for employees to take DSE Tests with supplier.
- Manage and coordinate Waste information for the Business to report to their share holders.
- Manage and report the utilities information weekly/ monthly.
- To be Audit ready (Paperwork) for Audits 2 times a year.
- Lease with the landlord on site on behalf of the client.
- Logistic management skills to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership abilities to supervise staff and foster teamwork within the facility.
- Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for problem-solving related to equipment malfunctions or system inefficiencies.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and external partners.

Pay: £26,436.80-£27,000.00 per year
