Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu execution, and special requests to deliver a memorable dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent hospitality and addressing guest feedback promptly
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork
- Experience in managing restaurant operations including serving, barista duties, or hotel-related roles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff and guests alike
