We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a home care setting. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being in their own home.
*Duties*
- Create and implement individual care plans for clients
- Assist clients with personal care tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients in their own home.
- Help clients with mobility in their own home
- Drive cleints to appointments or outings as required
- Maintain accurate records using care app.
*Experience*
- Experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK Driving license and access to thier own car
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
