As part of our continued growth, we are seeking ambitious, driven, and professional Business Development Executives to join our expanding sales team.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our commercial renewable energy consultants. You will engage with business owners, facilities managers, operations directors, and senior decision-makers across a range of sectors, introducing Olympus Power's renewable energy solutions and booking qualified appointments for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective commercial clients across the UK.
- Identify opportunities for renewable energy solutions including solar PV, battery storage, voltage optimisation, and EV charging.
- Qualify leads and gather key information regarding energy usage, site suitability, and business requirements.
- Book appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system HubSpot.
- Follow up on marketing-generated enquiries and existing prospects.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPI targets.
- Stay informed about Olympus Power's products, services, and market developments.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous lead generation, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Competent IT skills and experience using CRM systems including HubSpot.
Desirable
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, utilities, or commercial energy markets.
- Experience within solar, sustainability, or energy-related industries.
- Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
