This is a hands-on, build-and-shape opportunity to modernize how access and entitlements are designed and managed across Global Banking. You'll help deliver a simpler, faster experience for the business while strengthening controls and audit readiness at scale.
As a Business Operations Associate within the Global Banking (GB) Systems Access & Entitlements team, you will be responsible for helping modernize how access and entitlements are designed, granted, and governed across Commercial Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Global Investment Banking. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Technology, you will streamline end-to-end access workflows, reduce excess access, and strengthen audit readiness—delivering stronger controls without adding operational friction. In this role, you will close long-standing gaps, create durable efficiencies, and elevate our control posture in a collaborative, people-first environment.
