Live-In Property Caretaker
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and responsible Live-In Property Caretaker to reside in a vacant property and help ensure it remains secure and well maintained.
This is a live-in position, and the successful applicant will be required to stay at the property for the duration of the placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reside at the property full-time.
- Ensure the property remains secure and report any issues immediately.
- Conduct basic housekeeping to keep the property clean and tidy.
- Allow access for authorised contractors or inspections when required.
- Report maintenance issues or suspicious activity promptly.
- Follow all property management guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Able to live at the property on a full-time basis.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous caretaking, security, or property management experience is beneficial but not essential.
