SevenLiving is a Birmingham-based lettings agency dedicated to connecting tenants with quality rental properties and delivering exceptional service to landlords. We're looking for a driven, personable Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords, managing the letting process from initial enquiry through to move-in. You'll play a key role in growing our property portfolio and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every client.
Key responsibilities:
- Registering applicant requirements and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings across Birmingham and the surrounding areas
- Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Progressing applications through referencing, contracts, and move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Keeping accurate records on the company's CRM/database
- Staying up to date with local rental market trends and relevant lettings legislation
What We're Looking For
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential — you'll be travelling to properties across Birmingham)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, target-driven attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Confident using IT systems and CRM software
