Role Snapshot Recruitment Consultant
- Base Salary: £27,700 plus uncapped commission
- OTE Year 1: £35,000 to £40,000
- OTE Year 2: £45,000+
- 41 days annual leave, including your birthday and bank holidays
- 12 weeks of reduced working hours during school holidays on full pay
- Monday to Friday office-based role (Skipton Town Centre)

What You'll Do
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Build relationships with schools and education professionals
- Source, interview, and support candidates
- Develop new business opportunities
- Match candidates to vacancies
- Manage the recruitment process from enquiry to placement
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve targets and drive your earnings through uncapped commission
