Centenary House Nursing Home is looking for an experienced and compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join our team and support the care of our older residents.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, caring and passionate about providing high-quality care, with previous experience working in a UK care home supporting older adults.
The ideal candidate will:

- Have good communication skills

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their personal care and daily living needs
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meals and activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment
- Working alongside colleagues to provide high standards of care
- Following care plans, policies and procedures
