Malton School is looking for several enthusiastic and well organised people to work within our Teaching Assistant team. To assist the Head of Inclusion with tasks required for the effective delivery of SEN provision and differentiated learning within the Inclusion Team.
To be considered for the role of GTA you will:

Have a good grasp of IT systems and a high standard of numeracy and literacy
- Be able to organise and prioritise a busy workload
- Have a great rapport with both students, staff and the school community—acting as a positive role model
- Have a good understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the school.
- Support students to maximise opportunities to achieve academically and personally.
- Be an excellent team player.
