The Role
You’ll provide day‑to‑day support to both our internal and external sales teams, helping ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. From handling quotes and orders to keeping customer data accurate, your work will enable the team to focus on building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support core sales admin tasks, ensuring everything is completed accurately.
- Support lead generation activity, including researching potential customers, identifying opportunities, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline.
- Process quotes, orders, and pricing for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in NetSuite.
- Assist with reporting and data preparation where needed.
- Help ensure consistent processes across the sales function.
- Identify and flag improvements to make things run more efficiently
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience using office systems and CRM tools.
- A proactive, reliable approach and attention to detail.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the telephone, with a clear, professional and helpful manner.
