Role & Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients with a smile
- Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments using EXACT software
- Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism
- Handling patient records, payments, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork
- Supporting the smooth flow of the clinic — multi‑tasking in a busy dental setting
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about creating a welcoming, relaxed environment
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail with administrative accuracy
- Experience ideally in dental or medical reception (but not essential—if you have great skills and attitude, we’ll train you!)
- Proficient IT literacy — comfortable learning EXACT software
- Available for early mornings / late afternoons in line with clinic opening hours
