Ductwork Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £28,200 per year (£27,000 base + £1,200 retainer bonus)
Average Earnings: £35,000+ per year with bonuses and allowances
About Us:
We are one of the UK’s fastest-growing ductwork and ventilation hygiene companies, and we’re looking for an ambitious, hardworking technician to join our team as a Ductwork Cleaning Supervisor.
90% of our services are carried out outside regular working hours, so shift times may vary. The role primarily covers the North west, with most employees able to return home most nights.

- Ductwork and ventilation hygiene cleaning (including grease duct cleaning)
- Fire damper inspection & drop testing
- Installing access panels
Operating rotary cleaning cables and brushes (training provided)Working at height using safe access equipment (training provided)Taking before-and-after photos for reports (training provided)Using a mobile app to complete service reports (training provided)Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in grease ductwork and ventilation hygiene cleaning (preferred) – Investment in Training for the right candidate
- Knowledge of TR19 guidelines

- Full UK driving licence
(required)Reliable and able to commute to Newcastle upon Tyne or plan to relocate before starting workSalary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: From £28,200 per year (£27,000 + £1,200 retainer bonus)
