We are currently seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our production team.
The Role
You will be responsible for upholstering a range of furniture products, primarily headboards & divan beds, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Upholster beds and headboards using hand tools, power tools, adhesives, staples, and upholstery machinery.
- Fit, install, and secure materials accurately and efficiently.
- Attach buttons, buckles, grommets, ornamental trims, fasteners, and other accessories.
- Read and interpret work orders to determine material requirements.
- Create, restore, and customise upholstered products using appropriate upholstery techniques.
- Inspect upholstery, springs, , and finished products to identify and rectify defects.
- Minimise material waste and maximise raw material utilisation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and safe.
- Produce consistently high-quality workmanship.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Support other departments and undertake additional duties as required.
- Work reasonable overtime when business needs demand.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' upholstery experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good understanding of workplace Health & Safety.
- Ability to work efficiently while minimising material wastage.
Desirable
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
