ABOUT FIDGET CALM CREATIONS:
Fidget Calm Creations is a growing small business specialising in fidget toys, sensory products, custom orders and products sold through TikTok and TikTok Shop. We are looking for a friendly, confident and reliable TikTok Live Sales and Order Fulfilment Assistant to join the business on a part-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role combining TikTok Live presenting and customer engagement with preparing, assembling and packing customer orders. The successful applicant will help represent Fidget Calm Creations during TikTok Live sessions while also supporting the day-to-day preparation and fulfilment of customer orders.
THE ROLE:
A key part of the role will involve appearing on TikTok Live and helping create a friendly, energetic and enjoyable shopping experience for viewers. You will present and demonstrate fidget toys, sensory products, custom products, bundles and new items. You will welcome viewers, respond to comments and questions in real time, explain products clearly, help customers understand the different options available and encourage purchases in a friendly and natural way. You will be expected to learn the Fidget Calm Creations product range so that you can confidently answer customer questions. You may also take part in packing-style TikTok Live sessions where customer orders are prepared while interacting with viewers.
ORDER FULFILMENT:
When you are not hosting or supporting TikTok Live sessions, you will help prepare customer orders. Duties will include picking the correct products, packing TikTok Shop and other customer orders accurately and neatly, assembling custom orders and product bundles, checking completed orders before dispatch, preparing parcels, printing and applying shipping labels where required, restocking products and packing materials, preparing products before live sessions, assisting with basic stock checks and keeping the packing and working areas organised. You may also support the business owner with other reasonable day-to-day e-commerce tasks when required.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers. You should be comfortable appearing on camera or willing to develop your confidence with training. You should be familiar with TikTok and social media, reliable, punctual, organised and able to follow instructions accurately. You should take care when preparing customer orders and be able to maintain energy and conversation during live streams. You should be willing to learn about our products and be comfortable working both independently and alongside the business owner. Honesty, reliability and attention to detail are important.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in TikTok Live, social media, retail, sales, customer service, presenting, content creation, e-commerce, warehouse work or order fulfilment would be beneficial but is not essential. Full product and TikTok Live training will be provided.
WHAT WE OFFER:
This is a part-time position offering competitive hourly pay, full product and TikTok Live training, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, experience in social commerce and e-commerce, and a varied role combining customer interaction, sales and order fulfilment. There may also be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities as Fidget Calm Creations continues to grow.
WORKING HOURS:
Working hours will be arranged in advance around TikTok Live sessions and customer order volumes. Shifts may include weekday daytime or evening work, with occasional weekend work depending on business requirements. Some flexibility during busy periods would be helpful. Exact working days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
