About you...
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host to provide an excellent customer experience. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Experience working in a high volume venue is a vital to succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone who -
- Is highly personable a smart appearance
- Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Must have a can-do attitude, thrives in a busy working environment and is able to communicate clearly with our guests
- Must be able to speak and understand good English
Key Duties -
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and Bar
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Coordinate with waiting staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist waiting/bar staff as needed
- Friday and Saturday night table service for VIP booths.
