Job Overview
We are seeking an additional skilled Associate, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that require both mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle maintenance, and vehicle repairs, be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment or products as required.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle mechanical repairs is essential
- Previous experience in body repairs, paint spraying, and panel fitting would be a good fit
- using hand tools and power tools is essential.
- A solid understanding of mechanical principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills are advantageous.
- You must hold a full UK and valid motor vehicle driving licence with no more than 3 points held currently held
