We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Offer specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ preferences and providing expert advice.
- Manage front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and client consultations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior staff and apprentices, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the salon environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and beauty treatments.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or running a busy salon environment is advantageous.
- Skilled in barbering techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in front desk operations or reception duties within a salon setting.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and provide guidance on technical skills.
- Additional skills such as eyelash extensions and makeup application are highly desirable.
