Due to expansion, we are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to lead one of our mobile maintenance teams based within a commutable distance of Tooting, London.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a team leader with experience of working on high-end sites. You will need a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, dedication to health & safety and a passion for horticulture.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a small team of skilled operatives and ensuring the continued high standard of grounds maintenance across a selection of our high-end London based sites.
We are looking for someone who can bring:
· At least four years’ experience maintaining high-end landscapes
· A solid background (minimum one year’s experience) of managing people effectively, creating a supportive and productive working environment.
· You will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
· You must hold a PA1/PA6 spraying certificate.
· You must live within a commutable distance
· You must have a full clean driving licence - a company vehicle will be provided as this will be a mobile role.
The salary stated is based on a 40 hour week.
