About the Role
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting all marketing activity across the business, helping build brand visibility, generate sales opportunities, and strengthen customer engagement. You'll support campaigns, help improve KDE Limited's online presence, contribute to commercial bids, and help ensure the brand is consistently represented across every touchpoint.
The role combines brand support, digital marketing, CRM support, and hands-on content creation, with a strong focus on enabling the sales team and improving the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll get involved in everything from content creation and sales collateral to website support, PPC coordination, and CRM-driven marketing. You'll work closely with senior teams and business development to help shape and deliver a marketing function that supports the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
· Produce case studies, brochures, pitch decks, and sector-specific collateral
· Support business development with targeted content for outreach and proposals
· Prepare marketing materials for tenders and commercial opportunities
· Maintain a library of completed projects, testimonials, and marketing assets
· Work with operational teams to gather updates, success stories, and project detail
· Work with the sales team to help improve pipeline visibility and lead management
· Support management of brand guidelines, templates, documents, and creative assets
· Maintain consistent branded materials across online and offline channels
· Produce graphics, documents, and visual content using Canva or similar tools
· Support the rollout of any brand updates across departments
· Manage social media channels and help grow brand and service visibility
· Support a structured content calendar with a mix of project updates, insights, and team stories
· Produce high-quality copy and graphics suitable for multiple platforms
· Gather content from site visits, teams, and ongoing projects
· Support delivery of internal updates, staff announcements, and marketing for internal initiatives
· Support company events, charity campaigns, and community activities
· Produce posters, handbooks, onboarding materials, and internal comms
What We're Looking For
· Experience in marketing, ideally within facilities, construction, engineering, or services
· Confident working across brand, digital, and sales support
· Experience with (or exposure to) website development and coordinating with external developers
· Comfortable working with PPC agencies and interpreting campaign results
· CRM experience and an interest in building marketing processes around it
· Excellent copywriting, organisation, and communication skills
· Proactive, creative, and comfortable managing a varied workload
