Duties
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and installing new piping.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Perform carpentry work such as assembling fixtures or constructing small structures as needed.
- Carry out heavy lifting of materials or equipment safely to facilitate repairs or installations.
- Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry and assembly work.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all operations to minimise risks.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in carpentry or assembly work is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
